Departure from Marrakech

Day 1: MARRAKECH / OUARZAZATE / TINGHIR

Departure at 7:00 am from Marrakech to Ouarzazate, the door of the Great South, crossing the mountains of the High Atlas by the Tizin-Tichka (2260 m) which offer us extraordinary landscapes. Before the entrance to Ouarzazate we will enjoy a visit to a famous Kasbah, one of Ait Ben Haddou classified by UNESCO as World Heritage, a beautiful location for filming of major films.

To continuation Ouarzazate. Lunch and visit to Ouarzazate.

Continuation to Tinghir, is a Berber town famous for its lush palm grove and its famous Todra Gorges. On the way we pass through the valley of Rose Set at the foot of the Atlas, near the Dades Gorge, and irrigated by the river Asif M'Goun. These flowers with pinkish hues reinforce the pink mineral that makes up these mountains.

Dinner and overnight in the gorge Toudra.

Day 2: TINGHIR / Erfoud / Merzouga

After breakfast, take the road to Erfoud via Tinjdade, tour and lunch in Erfoud. Then passing by Rissani the ancient capital of Tafilalt to reach Merzouga. We will enjoy a ride on the back of camels, and spend the night in the Bivouac.

Day 3: Merzouga / RISSANI / MARRAKECH

After breakfast an hour camel ride at sunrise.
Back to Rissani to visit. Departure to Marrakech. Crossing Erfoud where you admire the Oasis of Tafilalet covered with date palms famous in all Morocco. Continuation to Ouarzazate lunch. Back by the Tizin Tichka the highest in the country, which remains snow covered much of the year. Arrival in Marrakech.
