Excursion Imlil ( 1 Day )

Departure to Imlil via Tahanaout and throats of Moulay Brahim by a winding mountain road dotted with small Berber villages. Each village is nestled against the foothills of the Atlas, and built in tiers. Succession of varied landscapes and lush vegetation. Passage by Asni Berber village in the heart of the Atlas, administrative center and hub market for residents of surrounding mountains.

Arrival in Imlil for ideal ballad dedicated to neighboring villages. First Imlil, and then Mzik Arhene, offering new perspectives on the valley dominated by the steep slopes of Toubkal (highest peak in North Africa, two from Africa, 4167m).
Lunch.
walk to the circus Aremd. green basin at the foot of the village of the same name, built while red stones on an ancient glacial bar blocking the valley. Descent along the torrent Mizane then continue along the small irrigation canal under the walnut trees to reach Targua Timoulay. Then our ride ends at the village of Imlil, and we find our vehicles to return to Marrakech late afternoon.
